Amazing automotive service advisor I had problems with the engine of my Mini Cooper and chose Bill Jacobs because already at the telephone everybody was very friendly and understanding. I highly recommend Bill Jacobs and in specific Mitchell Shefveland. Great shopping and repair experience! First off I purchased my car here with Jed a few weeks ago and he was fabulous! Super straightforward ans easy to work with. Unfortunately after just 2 weeks my new Mini had a run in with a mean pothole on i90. After a less than ideal experience at another dealership I called Jed in exasperation and he helped me have the car towed to Bill Jacobs.
