Great service We drove 4 hours to come here, we have a good experience at Bill Jacobs, the driving was worth it. Mitch Shefveland was very kind and guide us through all the process, he didn?t make us wait! We?ll definitely come back again. Great place!

Mitch at Mini!!!! We have been working with Mitch, since we purchased our first mini in 2012. Sadly Mitch had to break the news to us recently about how it was time for a new mini. My first question to Mitch was, "Will you still be our service rep?". Mitch reassured me through my all crying over losing the old car, that he will still be here for us. Talk about customer service!
