Great Service! Here's what I wrote in May, 2020... I first got to know Mitch and the service team at Bill Jacobs when out of the blue, my 2007 Mini (affectionately named Forrest, denoting his British Racing Green styling) seemed to have caught something like that nasty virus that's going around. Yes, there were so many symptoms that just appeared out of nowhere one day that they kept the Check Engine Light on bright and the computer flashing a multitude of never ending error codes. Excellent Experience! Looking for a second car we came across a mini that was super cute and we called in about it. Unfortunately it had been sold the day prior, but without even being asked our salesman, Jed, suggested another option and had it price matched. We were able to handle all our financing prior to even arriving at the dealership which is a blessing when shopping for a car with a four year old.
