Service on my 2012 Mini Roadster I hae worked with Mitch Shefveland several times now to get service done on my Mini Roadster and he is always a pleasure to work with. He is willing to answer my questions even if the answer may not be what I would have hoped for. I look forward to working with him in the future. Mini service Mike was very friendly and honest and great service
Mike W Mike from Bill Jacobs surpassed all expectations. He took care of my MINI from day one when my car needed to be jumped, gave me all straight forward answers to all my questions, helped me used a loaner car while my car is under repair. He tried his best to give me discount from the repair as I was about to give up and trade in the car. I never received this type of service from anywhere. I highly recommend MIKE as well as the whole staff of Bill Jacobs for taking good care of my car.
Service department I just wanted to share this great experience with everyone. I am proud owner of the Mini GP3 and for this car it?s really difficult to find winter tires. I was asking the service department for almost mission impossible . Then Aldo Huerta step in and put his team in serious missions . Guys make this happened the tires arrive and get installed in no time. Now I am happy customers with peace of mind the car it?s safe to drive in winter time. Big thank you to Aldo you are the best.

Excellent Service Mitch, Mike, Aldo, and the MINI Service Team have been great. They make sure my car and I are taken care of each visit. I'm given options regarding my car's maintenance which help me budget for expenses accordingly. Mitch was especially helpful and accommodating when I needed to make an insurance claim for a damage to my car. He ensured all necessary repairs were taken care of. Rentals and my car were both picked up/dropped off to me at my convenience. I highly recommend this dealership!
