Recent service visit at Bill Jacobs I have been a service customer at Bill Jacobs MINI since 2009 and have always had a positive experience whenever I've needed to bring my car in. My service rep, Mitchell Schefveland, has always been courteous and most helpful. In fact, one of my car mats was damaged during service and Mitch was able to send me replacement mats for my 2017 MINI hardtop. Thanks Mitch!!!
Mini Maintenance Service Visit By far every visit has been a pleasant experience. Aldo a Mini advisor is always ready to listen and able to provide resolution if you have an issue. Definitely an asset to the Mini team.
