I wish more dealers gave this level of care Great experience from start to finish. Very transparent about their facility and goings-on in the service area. Everywhere dealer should take notes. I will return with out a doubt or worry. Mitch was nothing but helpful and honest. Truly can't say enough.
Service for my MINI Cooper Countryman I am in the process of working with Mitch over at Bill Jacobs MINI in Naperville, IL. They have been incredible to work with so far. Right off the bat, they did a walk around of my car with me before they got started. Unbelievable Customer Service! We visited the dealership for a repair. I was shocked at the level of customer service they provided. They treated everyone in our party with respect, they were inviting, and truly cared about helping us. My sister-in-law worked with Mitch and their team. She has been kept in the loop about her car and their findings since they started their work. They even sent her videos throughout the process.
