Bill Jacobs Mini Mitch Shefveland (Service Advisor) was upfront and honest with needed repairs and cost. Was able to explain all issues and work with us. Jed our salesman was very up front and had us test drive all models and explained the differences and pros and cons between all models.

Aldo, Mike, and Mitch at Bill Jacobs Are the best! I’m on Mini Cooper #4- have owned a hatchback S, and 3 other hatchbacks since 2005. Mitch Shefveland has been my service advisor for a few years now. He is easy to work with. I feel comfortable coming here for my service work (have not felt that way with the service done on my pickup trucks) he’s is definitely the reason I keep coming back!

Mitch, Aldo, Mike Best for MINI Service Mitch always is helpful and does a great job. His customer service is always spot on and he always puts the customer first. I am happy with all my dealings with Mitch and Bill Jacobs.

Devoted I went looking for Mini and drove home in a Mini. I felt like I had a red carpet to walk on throughout my whole car buying experience with Bill Jacobs Mini. Jennifer, Kelly, Greg and Mitch I wanted to say Thank you for allowing me to feel I am part of the Bill Jacobs family now and I can't believe I am officially an owner of my very own Mini and part of the Mini Cooper family. This is only the beginning.

Mitch, Mini Cooper. Service Department Mitch in the Min Cooper service department is awesome. He is prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He has always been there for me for scheduling and answering questions. He is one reason I return to this dealership when purchasing, and for maintenance needs. Thank you!
