Worked with Craig Lipson on a Morgage Loan, July of 2013. The total time from contacting Craig and closing the loan was less than 4 weeks. To make this happend Craig worked nights and weekends, virtually at any hour. He led us the mountain of paper work required, but we got this done in record time at the best rate avialable. We did two re-financings with Craig A. Lipson in 2010 and 2011. I have to say it is a great pleasure working with Craig. He was very responsive to our questions and got back us within a day. Craig knows every detail of the process, which is very helpful especially in our first re-financing. He followed through as promised and never missed a deadline.
