Gregory Souran was VERY helpful in securing our refinance. It had several moving parts and involved the subordination of a second mortgage as well as as few other hurdles. Gregory was immediately available and responsive every step of the way.

I chose the Money Store because of two things: (1) A co-worker refinanced with them and had a positive experience and (2) I found there rates and charges for re-financing very competitive. It was a bit daunting, with all the paperwork and processing via the internet, but if you know what to expect, it's relatively painless.

This was my first time refinancing a property so I proceeded slowly and with extreme caution. As interest rates have been continually dropping over the past few years, I have refinanced my primary residence many times with the purpose of locking in the lowest possible interest rate. I would recommend Money Store and Dale Gallant for any mortgage transacations any one might need. Dale was very helpful and worked very hard to expedite my loan. He was always accessible and answered questions in a speedy and professional way. I refinanced with them. They were pretty good. I was working with Greg Souran there. I got the lowest rate out of the lenders I had contacted. Everything seemed to go in a pretty professional manner. I already recommended them to a friend refinancing so I have no problem recommending them here.

I was very skeptical at first since their rates were the lowest I could find and their fees were significantly less than I have ever paid to refinance a loan. But Wayne Hardack and his team surprised me. They were very responsive and on top of everything. They returned calls in short order and everything closed on time. I would highly recommend Wayne and his team to refinance your loan.
