Top notch experience with Chadd Estevez during my refinancing in February 2013. He was very quick to respond to all of my questions and was very knowledgable regarding my mortgage refinancing process. The transaction went much more smoothly than anticipated. We had been trying tomodify our existing mortgage for quite some time with other loan companies to no avail so we were pleasantly surprised how easily our loan went thru with the Money Store.All in all we are very happy with how things turned out.
I refinanced about a year ago. I had great credit, good salary, and plenty of equity. So no problems qualifying. It was for a $180K, 15 year fixed rate. It was at a time when there was a surge in refinancing, so it took longer than the rate lock period. The rate was extended with no problem. The lawyer came to our house in the evening which made it very easy.
