It was a pleasure having the Monique Walker Team RE/MAX Excalibur sell our property in Phoenix Az.
The only problem we had was with the first buyer who wanted to be given the property and kept wanting more and more money off and silly repairs, i.e., $1.00 door keepers.
She wanted a new roof even though she was purchasing “AS IS”. So many ridiculous requests.
Finally, after the buyer kept moving the closing out, 4 times, (November 2, 2021-December 30,2021), we cancelled the contract.
The Monique Walker Team put it back on the market on January1,2022 and the property was sold and closed on January 28, 2022, (and higher than asking).
We are so grateful and the whole team was JUST WONDERFUL!!!!

If we have to sell property again, we will use Monique Walker Team RE/MAX Excalibur.

I had the good fortune to secure Jenny Main as my Realtor to help me with my most recent home purchase in Paradise Valley, AZ. Having Jenny as my realtor, I truly felt like I had someone in my corner providing me with all the best guidance, advice and support! I felt incredibly confident throughout the entire process. We sat down to clearly define what it was that I was looking for and then she got to work finding a few select properties that fit the bill! Not only did she find me the right property, but then she really leveraged her seccond to none personality to work with the listing agent. She quickly built a relationship and that's what led to my offer being accepted amongst multiple other offers, some including cash buyers. Monique Walker and her Team are amazing, AGAIN, from Monique's first visit reviewing comps to the signing.
My top 5 descriptive phrases - RESPONSIVE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, ACCESSIBLE, EASY TO WORK WITH, TRUSTWORTHY.
This was very different from my first experience, which was FABULOUS. I was moving my elderly Father from a 2500 sq. foot house into a 500 sq. foot assisted living apartment in another state. Dad had lived in the house for over 20 years, so much to do. She helped me decide what needed to be done to sell the house. I was willing to do more, but she knew what the market required to sell. So major cost savings. Monique was always available. She returned my calls quickly. She was always kind.
Her Team's assistance was immeasurable. I was basically doing everything. But I wasn't. During this very stressful time, I had a very strong Team behind me. I was able to reach her folks by email, call or text, totally convenient. Her Office Team was IMPRESSIVE. They would contact me to make sure all deadlines were met. They helped me navigate who to contact to get things done. They put me in contact with a business that would come into the home and take donations and trash. Another business that could take the household hazards away. So no moving anything to the curb. Her Facilities Team was awesome. Her Facilities Manager was INCREDIBLE. If anything was needed, he would call me with a solution. If I couldn't be at the house, he volunteered.

My fiance and I were lucky to be introduced to Francine earlier last year while we were looking for our first home. Francine wasted no time getting to work for us. She was so thoughtful and got to know us both on a personal level while also making sure she knew every detail of what we were looking for when searching. She always always always responded to our calls/messages within minutes and never made us feel like we were in this process alone. She had an answer or solution to every question we had with zero hesitation & made us feel so confident in being represented by her. Amid the craziness of this market, she helped us draft competitive offers which in turn got us our amazing first home. Even after we were settled in, she kept in touch with us to check in on how things are going, offered to help out, and provided guidance we needed as first time home owners. She went above and beyond and we couldn’t appreciate her more for that.
After such a great experience with Francine, I referred her to my mom who just purchased her new home with her help as well! Agents like Francine don’t come around often.

I recently was lucky enough to connect with Jenny Main as my Agent, to represent me in my search for a Condo to purchase to be my primary residence in Phoenix, AZ. Though my husband and I are out of state, the Monique Walker ReMax team helped us with the purchasing process of our new home - specifically, Melani Beauregard! Every house we were interested in (whether it was in Gilbert or Surprise) she was always willing to go walk through it for us. She’d either take video of it or FaceTime with us while walking through it. She gave us her honest opinion and made herself available to us at anytime-even when she was dealing with her own emergencies! She went beyond what was required to find us the perfect house! We recommend Melani and this company to anyone interested in purchasing a property in Arizona and would definitely use them again!

I moved from New York to Scottsdale, AZ. I wanted a temporary furnished apartment to live so I could take my time looking for a permanent place. I had trouble finding one on my own. I reached out to REMAX Excalibur and was introduced to Jenny. Jenny was quickly able to find a furnished condo for me in the area I was looking for and at a reasonable price. She was also very helpful with the paperwork that had to be filed out. When my lease is over, I will be using Jenny to find a permanent place to live.
