It was a pleasure having the Monique Walker Team RE/MAX Excalibur sell our property in Phoenix Az. The only problem we had was with the first buyer who wanted to be given the property and kept wanting more and more money off and silly repairs, i.e., $1.00 door keepers. She wanted a new roof even though she was purchasing “AS IS”. So many ridiculous requests.
