Do not go here it is a waste of money and time they have terrible hours and all the equipment there doesn't even work properly they do not care for their equipment lmao they just pay cleaners and call it good this place is not worth your money it is 40$ a month for a packed gym with bad machines and old people/ boomers and moms who don't even lift...just stand on the machines
I've been coming to this gym for years now and I always get a great workout in every time!
This place used to be great ... prior to Covid and then in the last two years it has gone down terribly. The company is too busy building new locations when they should be taking care of the ones they already have. Machines are always broken, Sauna never works, employees are useless.. list goes on. They need to make some serious changes at this location.
I've only been in the area just shy of three years, I moved here during peak Covid and although I had toured Mountainside Fitness QC several times, I never really pulled the trigger and got a membership because I was nervous about COVID-19. This place needs some serious help...just joined as a member for my family...the staff has no idea what they are doing. They schedule private appointments on the instructors day off, they even schedule them after the gym is closed! They seriously need some leadership at this place...by far the worst gym experience we've had.
Tried this location again after a long hiatus. No improvement. Even funnier, in a not funny way, the only cold water fountain now gives warm water just like the other one I mentioned. Not sure why this location is so much worse than the others.
Amazing staff, friendly and clean. Shakes are amazing and overall really happy. Would highly recommend.
Amazing facility! Very clean and welcoming. The staff was very accommodating and willing to help out.
Been a member for 4 years. Love the cleanliness of the facility and how attentive the child care staff is.
