This is the only gym I know of that rewards your loyalty by charging you an annual fee of $35. I trained there for two years and just realized they were charging this bullshit fee. When I went to cancel my membership they then informed me that I need to come in and sign my cancellation notice. If you can deal with a company trying to nickel and dime you with silly fees and an array of hoops you need to jump through to cancel your membership, this is the place for you. I pay a good amount to come to this gym. And most days the music doesn't even work. Even with headphones I can hear people grunting because there's no other background music. And takes a while to get equipment fixed when broken. And they need to get rid of the basketball court that maybe only a few people use and they can utilize that for more equipment. And they need to be better at cleaning the equipment. I got a staph infection from the smith machine bar a few months ago.

What happened to this location? I wrote a review about a year ago, and this was by far the best gym I have been to. Lately, both my wife and I have seen towels are stacked to the top with the dirty towels. Service has not been great, as far as trying to catch the attention to grab a smoothie from the shake bar. I have never had a problem like this. I went to Asanta's cycle class this morning after seeing how packed it was last week. I now know why her class is full (I've never been to a class that's completely full before). She has good music and really pushes you to go hard. I loved her energy as well! I've also been to Phillip's spin class which I enjoy as well. His classes always leave me sore. I like that this gym is a bit smaller and not as crowded as other locations.

I don't understand all the bad reviews, I have been going to this gym for 2 years and I always feel welcome and the service is better than any other gym I have been to. I recommend this gym to anyone who wants to better themselves. A little special shout-out to my girl Allysen and Kaylee for being so kind to the customers and helping me and Jason out whenever we come to the gym. Don't ever plan on leaving.

I've been a previous member at many other gyms in the area, so i can honestly say Mountainside is the best! Facility is always kept nice and clean and the staff feels like family. My favorite aspect of the gym though is the classes they offer. They hire the best of the best instructors and have a wide variety. No other gym or studio offers this without paying hundreds per month!!

I love this club. I've been working at this club for 2 years. Nothing compares to this location. The atmosphere is so positive, inviting and clean! Everyone is so nice. We all work so hard to keep this club as great as it should be. The members here are so great, you guys always make me want to come to work! I love my managers and co-workers. This really is my home away from home. Everyone should give this club a try!

I travel all over Arizona selling fitness equipment, and loved using Mountainside facilities until I came to the Queen Creek location. I am disappointed to say my visit here after work was very unpleasant. Despite being one of the smaller busy locations, you will find half of the machines out of order. And If you happen to need assistance; good luck trying to pull a staff member away from their cliques that seem to linger around occupying machines, and gossiping about members. Garbage in every way. Typical Globo Gym feel and seems nice on its face, but if you try to cancel they'll screw it up 1000% of the time. Both me and my wife did cancellations and both of them ended up overcharging us and we had to jump through flaming hoops to get our money back. Don't become a member unless you like hidden fees, like the annual fee they don't tell you about. Go to PF or anywhere else literally
