great facility. clean and plenty of machines. group fitness classes are top notch and so much fun!! kids club is the best secret for moms.

I visited Mountainside on a 5-Day pass...going in I wasn't sure what to expect from a gym as far as childcare. As a mom, that's the most important aspect. I was blown away!!! They are so welcoming, reassuring, and kind. The ladies working there (Ms Rebecca and Ms Hannah) made my kids feel right at home and they didn't want to leave. Couldn't ask for more!!
I love this gym! everyone is so nice and they have a great variety of equipment. I especially love the kids care, the ladies that work in there are the nicest and the best with the kids.
Our family has been longtime members our Mountainside gym. We like that you can attend any location with your membership. We have been trying the Pavilions location for the last 6 months. Great location for working out and then close access to shopping before or after. The staff are welcoming. There are great classes in addition to all the equipment.
Well since my previous review was removed I'll post it again! I've been a member for over 4 years & my truck windows were bashed in the parking lot, belongings stolen. Gym doesn't care, no cameras in the parking lot. Easy target for criminals & the cops said it happens weekly there. Gym is average at best since pics from 8 years ago show the same equipment they have in there now. Oh also, the sauna is broke! Really friendly staff with nice amenities to accompany it as well. Gym is always kept clean.
I recently went in for a workout and I must say I am so impressed by the younger generation and their work ethic. When I went to scan in, a young man by the name of Chase Colpitts kindly greeted me, had a quick conversation with me, and informed me that if there is anything I need, he can assist me with that. The customer service skills of this fine gentleman truly made my day and I hope this mountainside uses him as a customer service standard going forward.
Great service! Chase makes great smoothies! Equipment is always clean and gym-goers are always respectful! My favorite gym in Scottsdale!
