General manager James jones was very welcoming and knowledgeable about certain gym equipment. Very informative on certain gym events and Nutrition. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to get fit in chandler AZ area!!!!!

With the change being implemented on the management side, I saw significant improvement in the quality of the gym and the service I received. James has done a real job making sure the gym is clean inside, and I also see him always picking up trash in the parking lot. Being a member for over 3 years, this is the best for the gym.

I have trained at this gym with a personal trainer named Tomas over the course of the summer. Tomas has been the epitome of support and optimism, he pushed me to believe in myself and that kind of support had me come to the gym by myself on days where I wasn't meeting with a trainer. Communication and accountability is never an issue with him as he responds and does everything in is power to work around your schedule and help you stay on track. I joined MF in August, a life changing experience for me! There are three instructors and a personal trainer that I want to give formal kudos to! My first class was Jadyn W's High Fitness class. I was so touched by the compassion she has for her students that I joined MSF on the spot! She's such high energy and interactive with us! Just wanted to say that I have had a great experience at this gym since I started back after Covid. They have a new cleaning crew that is friendly and seemed to be doing a great job maintaining the machines. The maintenance man, Mario is friendly and helpful. I am greeted in a friendly manner and am able to approach management in a positive manner also.

I love the atmosphere of the gym the staff is quite amazing although the music is a downer, if you forget your headphones forget working out.

Mountainside Fitness - Ocotillo From 8 - 80, trainers motivate! My trainer, Andrew B, has helped me exceed all my fitness/strength goals. Entire staff is phenomenal! I've had the pleasure of being at this gym for four years and I can't imagine going to any other gym! The staff is so helpful! The childcare really cares about the children and knows all of the parents by first name! The gym is always clean and I never have a problem finding what I need! Best gym in Arizona!
