The gym itself is fine, but management/billing/admin just seems disorganized all the time. I had a couple trainers quit, they continued to bill me even though they didn't have a trainer for me. Then they told me they would credit my account. Continued to bill me. You call over there and it's always "we will have someone call you back". Wow! Just got billed $63.50 from mountainside fitness for a gym I have not used in 6 months and was not planning on using. I put it on a temporary hold that cost $5/month or every other month way before COVID hit. I went in and spoke to Asst general manager Xao Santa Ana and he denied the refund when I told him I signed up for EOS and did not plan on using the gym. Rebecca and staff are doing the best they can to accommodate everyone right now and it's greatly appreciated! The gym is meticulous (as it always is and was prior to COVID) so rest assured you have a better chance of catching something at the grocery store. Glad they're open and providing outlet for health and immunity.

My son went to MSF Chandler after high school and for additional training prior to basic training in the Army. Mountainside was great to me opening his gym membership and zero issues when I cancelled as he headed to MEPS. Great experience, great company and Thank you!

So disappointed in Mountainside Fitness for not sending a text or email blast to all members that the gym had closed today. They frequently send texts regarding specials but nothing today. I love this gym and my trainer, Jill. Today the fitness manager or CEO has disappointed all members!

Decent gym, quite expensive compared to other gyms, no cheaper options. Never got that free amazon card either.

If I could give this gym no stars I could. I go to the Val vista location but I moved closer to this one on Alma school so I decided to try it out for the first time. For One the front desk staff is not friendly they were chatting with some other person and weren't paying attention to me. Finally they saw me, didn't greet me just grabbed my keys to scan it while still talking to the same person. Back after a 15 month hiatus to LA Fitness. This location has changed. Apparently they renovated a few months after I left. They reduced the basketball court and created a CrossFit area. I don't use that but it looks nice. No new equipment. Just rearranged a bit. And they kept a machine that is becoming very rare. A standing deltoid raise. This gym doesn't have the chain feel, it feels like a neighborhood gym. And for the most part it's clean.

I joined over here a couple months ago and I'm really liking it so far! This plac has everything I need and they have towels! :) they even have tanning and a sauna and steam room which is cool. I like all the slam balls and polymetric type of stuff they have too. I'd I had to say anything, the wiFi could be better and I wish the spin bikes had some sort of digital screen to see Rpms.
