Love it because i can bring my kids. While I work out they climb the rock wall or I can watch them on the viewing monitors they have posted throughout the gym. LOVE THE PLACE!
I joined Mountainside Fitness excited by the story. Friendly staff. Smiles. Free towels. Community first. That story falls apart fast. I hopped on a Precor treadmill and tried to connect my iPhone. No luck. I asked staff on the floor if there was an app. No one knew. I went home and did a quick Google search. Precor uses the Preva app. Downloaded it. The app immediately asked for a club code. This is a gym that in my opinion only is a bad bad bad place dont waste time or expense for something you wont use. The staaff are not reasonable at all, they are young, inexperienced and dont really know what what means when they say something very valid. It was NOT clean in any way and the machines were SO close together . This may have changed since my last post which was remonved because I said somethng about the female emloyees in high heels they couldnt walk in, so here is another review of the gym and not the staff. I've been coming to this gym for the last 20 years, and I have always loved it. Back when my son was just three months old in a car seat, we would come here and he would stay in the daycare for two hours while I played basketball GREAT MEMORIES

I've been a member of nearly every gym in Phoenix. Mountainside tops all in customer service, cleanliness, quality equipment and group fitness! I definitely recommend!
I've been a member at the Ocotillo club for 15 plus years The good. Our always clean. The locker room remodel is great. The members are terrific. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bad. Trouble opening in time. The stairmasters need replaced or regular maintenance. Lots of older machines
I switched to Mountainside from Eos after Eos changed their childcare age rules preventing us from using it for 2 years. Mountainside costs slightly more but is far less crowded so you can actually use the equipment more often. The trainers seem good and the locker rooms are nice with pin pad locks (at least in Chandler). Childcare seemed great so far. I would probably give 5/5 but their app needs work and there are no digital billing statements (have to ask for them)
