Kudos to Rachel who works the front desk at my gym. She is always very, very nice, professional, and willing to help. Today she made me the best smoothie. She was folding towels, working the front desk ,and multitasking all over the place with a continuous smile on her face I love Mountainside Fitness and all the classes and amenities they offer. What a great gem I really never knew about until I retired that was right in my backyard.
The staff is great. They are really friendly and helpful. The temperature is never right in here but thats not the staffs fault they always go above and beyond.
The first mountainside i used when i moved to phx. Great when i lived in chandler, now i train in carefree but still love mountaiside.

fuck mountainside fitness , so expensive for terrible gym & inconsiderate company. i guess i wont eat this month and shell out over 60 dollars for a membership i attempted to cancel 2 years ago. also got accused of being a liar at peoria location. i threw out the key fab upon attempting to have my account cancelled. so im paying for nothing :))) fuck mountainside fitness :)
I've been coming to Mountainside since 2016. I've attended Gilbert, Ahwatukee, & Chandler over the years. & I've also referred many friends over the years. Currently Chandler is my home location & has been since 2020. Over the last 6 months the Chandler location has gone completely downhill never towels, never eucalyptus spray in steam room anymore, weights all over the place, jacked up machines etc. & I'm not sure when this Chris guy took over but since I've heard his name thrown around things seem to not be the usual Mount... read more
Stephanie was phenomenal. From the moment I walked into the club I was greeted with a big white smile and great energy. New to the area and looking for an all around clean facility. Place checks all the boxes
Mountain Side Fitness is a terrific organization that is very well managed and takes pride in keeping their place is clean, equipment functioning well and addresses immediately members concerns. With the staff of Aidan, Stephanie, and Michell the experience each day is fulfilling. I am 70 and enjoy facing the gym every morning at 6 AM seven days a week. If you have used other gyms in the past, I recommend you try Mountainside on their five day trial.
