Ive been coming to this location since they very first opened in 2002 and its always been maintained well and they are always adding or changing things to keep it up to date. Plus the dry sauna and wet steam room is always a bonus.
this location was very receptive to my issues with cleanliness and responded quickly to reassure me that they take cleanliness very seriously and will continue to improve ,as is one of their goals for customer satisfaction.
I used to train here when I lived in South Tempe. It was a drive, but so were Marina Point, and Ahwatukee. Didn't like those, Ocotillo didn't feel so corporate. More like a neighborhood gym. Now I live closer to Ahwatukee and dislike that gym. I was in the area for a medical appointment, so I came over to Ocotillo to train afterwards. Was misinformed on the contract I was signing. I always do single month prices even if it's more expensive because I am a travel nurse. Was in AZ for 3 months almost a year ago and stated getting calls and texts about going to collections. Finally just reached out and explained that I did not sign up for a year long contract as I never do being a travel nurse. It's a pretty good gym. Not the fanciest equipment but everything you need to get a good workout in. Weve been going for a few months now and we like it.
I walked into Mountainside Fitness Chandler to get a good pump and work up a decent sweat. The gains are very important to me but so is atmosphere. Now keep in mind that I'm from out of town and had never heard of this place. Little did I know that my muscles were not going to be the only things getting blown away that day. Sickest gym ever. The staff is super accommodating and respectful. They have everything you could possibly need and more.
Front desk Gilroy cute, only reason why I come to the gym, bathrooms always stocked with towels and the hottest sauna!
Danielle is the BEST! She always has a smile on her face and makes it so comfortable for me to ask her any questions about the shakes and gym! Thank you for all that you do & for having great customer service !!
