Aloha there my Hawaiians, I just wanted to send a big mahalo to Mark Scafaria , Yogi. Today was my second class ever. I'll admit I was scared of yoga. The class was fun, relaxing calm and made sense. If you want to check him out he is at the Dessert Ridge location. Spirit, mind and body!! Yes, please. Nice resting area after class and don't forget to check out the hydration station. See you at class!

Wonderful gym with a very well trained staff. I'm always greeted as soon as I walk in, and have never had a question go unanswered. This gym is very clean, has the luxury equipment that I was looking for, and anytime equipment is broken they fix it in a timely manner.
Great place to work out and amazing smoothies. Best gym in the valley. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else
We have been going here a few years now and couldn't be happier. If and when we get bored at our gym we go to their other locations for a little bit of change. They also offer great discounts through your insurance so make sure to look into that before signing up at gym.
I really enjoy this facility but I'm increasingly alarmed at the gym attire, or lack there of, worn by the female members. Mountainside should consider putting in a dress code. I know of many other gyms that require torsos and legs to be covered. It's even more concerning when employees/trainers have their entire booty hanging out of their shorts. It's beyond the point of acceptable.
If you only care about ellipticals, this place is a five star establishment. Even at the busiest times, I've never seen cardio equipment fully packed. If you want to lift weights though? I'd strongly suggest bringing a book, this place is short on equipment and even shorter on members with any manners. I've waited 45 minutes in line to get either a rack or a Smith machine.
