I have been a member of Mountainside Fitness-Ice Den for 15 years and have worked with the gym's personal trainers throughout that time. My overall experience has been excellent. I like the boutique nature of the facility, the personnel, and the equipment quality and options. Most impressively, all of my personal trainers have been exceptional. I have been a member for 12 plus yrs and have loved going to the Ice Den. The staff is so friendly and I have to give the GM Kalie congrats for that. She has taught them well in that they greet you when you come in and said bye when you are leaving. Any questions you have they take the time to listen and give you a proper answer. The Mountainside Fitness, Ice Den, gym location is arguably the best, gym I've attended over the last 35+ years of working out. I've been a member of many gyms across the U.S. while competing in bodybuilding during my younger days. i have been a member of Mountainside Fitness for many years. I primarily use the Ice Den Location in North Scottsdale. The club is kept clean, front desk staff friendly and helpful, equipment has variety and ample number of machines and free weights. I love the location and small, personal feeling of this gym. I just moved to the area and wanted to try out this gym and others to see if I would be interested in a membership, but the elderly bald sales guy refused to let me use my free pass when I told him I was not interested in a membership the minute I walked in for my first time yet as I needed to figure it out by working out there first. What a terrible business plan of his. You can use your free pass unless you nod your head that you're going to sign up after?

I love working out at this location, it's never too crowded and the staff members are extremely nice, especially Ana! She was incredibly knowledgeable and answered any concerns I had!
