I love this location and have been training at this gym since 2019. I previously worked with two different trainers who were both good. I'm now training with Amy and she is excellent! Great attitude, fun energy, very knowledgable and conscientious of my limitations. I highly recommend her training sessions.

If i have to hear "the business" by tiesto one more fing time, my ears wjll bleed. For the love of all things holy, turn off the fing music. Overall a good gym, minus the music and the less than clean locker rooms.

The customer service at this gym is amazing. There is a new employee named Gracie who was so friendly to me and it made a great impression of the gym. She is such a great addition to the team! Also Elena, she has been a great employee at mountain side for years and you can tell she's great at her job. Thanks for the great staff at the Bell Ice Den location!

My go-to gym when I'm back in town, ever since they opened in the Ice Den all those years ago. Same turn to get in, but go straight instead of turning right and you'll see it. Heck, you even have a view of one of the rinks when you're working out. Got a good number of options for cardio, with a decent number of benches as well as plenty of assistive machines. My 4 year old daughter and I always have an excellent experience at Mountainside. All of the staff are amazing, are ready to assist with anything, and always say hello. The kids care team is always receptive to any needs and my daughter loves "exercising. " Her favorite person though is Miss Raleigh. Every time we come, she has to find her, chat with her, and get a piggy back ride. Miss Raleigh goes above and beyond all the time!

I have been a member of mountainside for numerous years now and this location is my favorite! The newer manager Quinn, has EXCELLENT customer service and keeps the gym running smoothly. I have been in a lot of gyms and Quinn is by far the most impressive manager I've run across. He clearly knows the importance of exceptional customer service. This gym is on the smaller side than other Mountainside Fitness locations, but once you go for a while you get used to it. I usually only use the cardio equipment and always seem to have enough to go around and each has its own tv which is nice, but they don't always function correctly. Having the Ice Den next door seems to keep this gym cooler than the others, love that, especially in the summer.
