Great gym and great location at the Ice Den. You can work out and then watch some hockey!
I love this location so much! It's way out of my way now from where I love but I still go anyway. Feels like a private gym, it's smaller and not as busy as the others. It's wonderful! Even during the busy times I usually don't have a problem getting to the equipment I need.

Great gym! They have all the free weights, and cardio equipment you need to have a great workout. The Corefit room is awesome but it can get crowded sometimes. The locker rooms are nice and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Even the location is great! I give this gym 5 Stars!
