This particular little club doesn't seem like much at first, especially when you first walk in. However it is so much more than an upscale fitness center in Scottsdale. I've been coming to this gym every day since January 2014, twice a day if possible. Probably the cleanest gym I've ever been to. The staff is extremely friendly. Ralph is extremely nice and accommodating and Arin is a shake making master. Best in the valley. I'd give it ten stars if I could.

I just signed up at this gym and I really love it! It has a nice family feeling and my daughter really likes going to day care there. It seems they take pride in knowing each member personally, by name. And there's always a smile on everyone's face including the general manager, Ralph, and the front desk employees. The people working out there look like they're having fun and it's never too crowded to get a good work out in!!

the staff is full of loser scumbags that charged me for 2 months of a membership after I got a day pass and worked out there twice. they have called and emailed me to pay for those 2 months and no I am not ever going to do that

Brand new member here and was super disappointed to see not only do people wear their shoes & sweaty clothing into the steam room like full on workout apparel that was sweated in. Next a bunch of teenagers sitting on their phones in the sauna? Unfortunately this is anything but relaxing, and not what I signed up for. Would love management to please contact as this is a significant privacy violation having cell phones on full display in saunas & locker rooms where women should have privacy?!

We recently received an annual membership fee of $58 for our membership. We were members of another local club and decided to switch. When Mountainside Fitness had their grand opening push I specifically asked the representative if there were any additional fees to the $102 monthly membership. He said "No sir." When I questioned the rep at the club, he said "it's in your agreement." So do not believe anything the staff tells you. Read your agreement. Let me first start by saying that I never write reviews, but my repeated negative experiences at this gym in Scottsdale have left me with no choice. It's not just the poor service, but a consistent pattern that makes me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, to the point where I can't help but feel that the way I've been treated has something to do with the color of my skin. This mountainside location has the best, most helpful staff. The equipment,locker rooms and the gym floor is always prestige and clean. I feel comfortable and safe working out here! Come to this location!

Mountainside Fitness at the Ice Den is an amazing facility! The staff are so friendly and the facility is always clean. It offers great classes as well.
