maintenance With my time here at Muirwood, the maintenance staff has been excellent. I've seen a fast turn around and the staff has always been nice, friendly and professional. It seems well organized.

Verified Renter So far, the experience living in Muirwood apartment has been a pleasant one. I was supposed to move in when the pandemic first hit amidst the shut down. The management was accommodative enough to let me postpone my move in date. The management told me that my security deposit would be moved whenever I decided to move. He took the time to find a unit I would be satisfied with. Finally, I appreciate the consistent email communications regarding notices, information, and deadlines. Verified Renter I live in Muirwood apartments for almost 9 years. Its a gated community with 24/7 security. I love the landscape in the community and I love walking with my daughter. Tennis courts and Gym are well maintained.
