Verified Renter Muir wood is a beautiful location in a safe and quite area. The apartment is great with lots of room and light but maintenance for the apartments is questionable. Always a quick initial response but actually having issues attended to and fixed can be a very frustrating challenge.

Verified Renter Happy about the security in place. Bad thing is lease breakage policy of 2 months notice and 2 months rent penalty.

Verified Renter Muirwood Apartments is a safe, clean and friendly diverse apartment. A nice place to live and wonderful amenities with a large apartment floor. The office staff is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. One staff worker that I would like to especially give kudo's to for his help and patience while helping me to get all of my paper work completed on line is Anthony who works at the Farmington Hills office. Verified Renter The rent increase was exorbitant - ridiculously so. The community itself is filled with a lot of super friendly, kind, family-oriented people, which I greatly appreciate. But to raise the rent as much as was done this year - and considering I renewed at the least expensive rate - I wouldn't tell anyone to live here. The sidewalks are too small to actually walk side-by-side with anyone on, the trash is always overflowing, currently there are overgrown weeds out front.
