The office personnel and the maintenance personnel are friendly , efficient and are eager to help with any questions I may have.

Verified Renter No need to search for other places to live. Muirwood exceeds all expectations. Not just a pace to live, but a real living complete community with a small town feel. Safe, clean, friendly residents, front office competent and caring. Downtown Farmington stores, theatre, restaurants, retail, post office, nearby freeway access Busch market within walking distance as well as CVS pharmacy and specialty shops and restaurants. So much more.

Verified Renter The apartment is adequate but actually leans slightly in one direction. My rugs all move toward the direction of the front of the house every day. Also, there has been an increase of neighbors not cleaning up after their pets. Between that and the very small sidewalks, it has been much less pleasant to walk through our community.
