Just picked up my dog after his week stay and he peed all over on his way out, which he never does. He obviously did not get enough potty breaks. Now I have noticed he has an infection in one of his eyes. Not told about this. Very upsetting for the amount of money we spent.

Our dog Olie has stayed here 3 times for boarding and grooming. After boarding, we pay to have him groomed. He always comes out so clean with a shiny coat and great cut. Other places have shaved him when I specifically said not to. The groomers here really listen to how you would like your pet groomed. His nails are cut and filed perfectly. Very disappointing experience--and I won't be back. Upon dropping off my dog for a roughly 10 day stay, I was told I could not walk her down to her space, or see where she would be staying. Strike One. Any dog owner will tell you this is simply unacceptable. I can't see where I am paying you to keep her? My 2 dogs stayed here for 6 nights and everything seemed fine. The day after I picked them up, coughing began...and wouldn't stop. My 1-year-old dog was throwing up all over my house. I took her to the vet, and she indeed had kennel cough and a GI virus. My other dog was coughing by this point too, so I got meds for both of them. My other dog is 7 and had never been sick a day in her life. The vet said they had 2 other dogs in there the same morning that also stayed at this "resort." I just moved from out of town, and went in to see this place. I have two large dogs that need a place to go while I'm working. The staff was very unprofessional and incompetent. I will never send my dogs there and I would never recommend them to anyone. Horrible place!
Extremely upset about this facility. I have taken my dog there for grooming and boarding before with really no issues. This time she stayed for 5 days and I left specific instructions to only give her water when she is being taken out which was three times and I paid for an extra late night walk which makes 4 times. When I picked her up her bedding and blankets were soaked in urine which I did not realize until I got home. When I picked her up the employee took her bedding to my car and put in the back seat. I scheduled grooming for my puppies over Memorial Day weekend. I was a bit concerned with scheduling over the holiday due to overcrowding of the facility, however, was assured on Friday that this not be an issue. I was told to bring the puppies to My Second Home in Franklin as close to 11:00 as possible. I arrived at 11:45 only to be told that they had given away my reservation since I didn't show up on time. ANIMAL LOVERS BEWARE!!!! If you love your pet - Do Not take them here! Dropped my dog off at 8:00 am , called several times through the day to check on her to see when we could pick her up and at almost 5:00 p.m they said that we could pick her up. We are all aware that It doesn't take nearly 9 hours to groom a dog! My dog is so sweet and submissive, and usually only takes 3 hours at the groomers from beginning to end. I brought my Siberian husky in to be groomed and learned the hard way the groomers here are clueless. Any knowledgable groomer knows to never shave any part of a husky, but obviously here the groomers are not knowledgable. They not only shaved my dogs inner hind legs, but also almost inside his butt! Shaving a husky is one of the worst things you can do!!! I'm extremely upset by the actions of my second home and would not recommend anyone have their dog groomed here!
