Our Newfie has been going to My Second Home for a few years now and we're always happy with the attention and service she receives when she goes to daycare or stays as a guest. Everyone knows her by name and takes care of her special needs. We look forward to going there for many years to come!

We use the doggie daycare every other week for our Labradoodle and she loves it there. As soon we turn on Mission Court she knows it is a playday for her and she gets so excited. I like that the daycare stafff meets us at the car door so the drop off is super quick in the morning. Would totally recommend for a daycare your all dogs!

We have had nothing but great experiences at My Second Home. Our Golden Doodle puppy was very timid when he first started going to Day Care at My Second Home. The staff has really worked with him and now he LOVES it. He is still a little shy around some dogs but he doesn't cower in the park corner any more. The staff is so friendly when I call to check on his kennel stays too. Our puppy has also gotten a few baths and one hair cut there. We're were pleased with those salon services as well. Do not trust this facility with your beloved pets. Over the last two weeks, I boarded my dog here twice (a 3-day stay last week and a 2-day stay this weekend). Both times, I paid a premium for a Creekside Cabin and the Gold Package. The level of negligence, lack of care, and complete communication breakdown we experienced was horrifying. Don't board your dogs here! Bait and switch and my dog came home with sores/open wounds (and they didn't bother to tell me)! I paid a premium for a "creekside cabin" which states (per their website) "each cabin comes complete with a flat-screen television, calming color scheme, and custom padded bed." The room my dog was in had no bed for almost an HOUR and the floor was soaking wet. I had to call them to tell them to give her a bed. The bed was just an elevated dog bed made out of PVC pipes. In response to manager. I am sure you can check who sold me the card in 2021 and that would be the person who told me they do not expire and they are refundable. Also, it is inaccurate that they have no value because you offered me services in the amount of the remaining balance. Nowhere on your website does it say they expire. Bad business!!!!

My dog came back with a torn ACL, a badly skinned elbow and burns on her paws from being left in the heat. They let dogs run over eachother-- they don't watch them closely or report back the truth to owners. i will never be here again. trust me when I say stay FAR AWAY.
