We have had nothing but great experiences at My Second Home. Our Golden Doodle puppy was very timid when he first started going to Day Care at My Second Home. The staff has really worked with him and now he LOVES it. He is still a little shy around some dogs but he doesn't cower in the park corner any more. The staff is so friendly when I call to check on his kennel stays too. Our puppy has also gotten a few baths and one hair cut there. We're were pleased with those salon services as well. In response to manager. I am sure you can check who sold me the card in 2021 and that would be the person who told me they do not expire and they are refundable. Also, it is inaccurate that they have no value because you offered me services in the amount of the remaining balance. Nowhere on your website does it say they expire. Bad business!!!!

Hi Robyn. We spoke last week. The issue is the punch card was bought September 3rd, 2021. It has been three years now, so at this point there is unfortunately no cash value anymore. I'm unsure of who you may have spoken with back in 2021 about this. The punch card expires after a year, but we usually honor it if the client is still using our services. I am more then happy to give you store credit to use for other services with us since you are still in our Tennessee area. The MSH Team
My dog came back with a torn ACL, a badly skinned elbow and burns on her paws from being left in the heat. They let dogs run over eachother-- they don't watch them closely or report back the truth to owners. i will never be here again. trust me when I say stay FAR AWAY.

We made an appt. For 9:30 for our very tiny dog. We were very specific that he needed to be groomed asap, his feet slip through crates etc. so he shouldn't be caged long. the groomer said she put a few others ahead of him (what? Why? But we were already there), she said it would only be a few hours... over four hours + later, still no call and no one answering their phones, we drove back over, only to get a bunch of excuses but he wasn't even touched yet- 4 1/2 hours later! My 2 year old CBR loved going to My Second Home Doggie Daycare for 6 months until a traumatizing incident happened, to which no one will fess up to, which caused my dog to not want to get out of the car and go into daycare anymore. He acted terrified of one particular daycare staff member and when I inquired numerous times if something had happened to my dog I'd get one excuse after another. I have heard nothing but great things about this establishment. Twice, I walked into this business to inquire about boarding my pet for a few days. Both days, I was a witness to some very negative energy coming from a specific woman. She was yelling and talking down to another younger employee. Matt the reason i never returned your call is because there is no way you can make up for the fact that it was obvious there was no staff there for 24-48 hours because of a couple inches of snow so all those dogs and cats were left with no food or water and had to pee and poop in their kennels that was obvious because the Shichon you claim to have bathed had poop caked to her butt that literally had to be cut off so there is no conversation in the world with you that would have fixed that my golden came back under weight my... read more

My second home consistently fails me and I've given them too many chances. They lost my dogs items one time, one time they gave me the wrong dog and when I called to complain they said "it's not the first time that's happened". One time my dog came back UNpotty trained proving they were not taking him out. There's poor communication always and they nickel and dime you for everything. Go somewhere else you'll thank yourself later.

I'm so sorry your experience was less than fantastic we do love and take care of our guests as if they were our own. we do have structured potty breaks 3 times everyday and do have an option for additional Potty breaks for those pups that need it. I have not heard of a dog becoming un-potty trained before but during boarding any animal can act a bit different given how different it is from their normal routine. we would love to talk to you and discuss the best options to ensure your pet has the best stay possible.
DO NOT BOARD YOUR PETS HERE, and here is why. We were going out of town for 4 days and needed to board our 2 dogs. I made a reservation in late August for the weekend following the Labor Day weekend.
