Ro S. My dogs absolutely love My Second Home. They treat them like their own. They offer great services of which I have taken advantage of and I've never been sorry. My biggest dog can't wait to get out of the car to get to day care. The staff there is so friendly and accomodating. My two little ones only get groomed there but they no longer dread being groomed like they were before and the groomers are so good with them and they look adorable when I pick them up. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions. They didn't sound annoyed when I called to check on my dog. They gave me a follow up card with a note that stated how my dog did while he was there. That was a plus. I also received a picture of my dog playing which was nice to see since I was a little worried about him. The prices were a bit high. My Second Home is incredible! We have used their services for daycare, overnight boarding, and grooming and we have never had a bad experience. Our dogs attend doggie daycare every day of the week and absolutely love it! The dogs have a ton of room to run around outside, but they also have an air conditioned room for them to play just in case it gets too hot or rains. I had just picked-up my puppy two weeks before boarding, and was VERY nervous for Jasmine, and filled with anxiety as I was not sure how she adjust being in a brand-new environment so soon, after rescue. Well, the front desk immediately starting loving on Jasmine and before I knew it I was checked in and Jasmine was running towards the back to be with the other dogs, without saying good-bye! My second home is awesome! The staff is great, my dog has a great time while she is there and is always tired when she comes home. She knows what "going to play" means and she gets soo excited when we pull up. I don't know what these past reviews are talking about or either they have had major changes since then. Great job my second home!
My dog attends day care one day per week and absolutely loves it! She gets all the play and attention she can handle and completely collapses once she gets in the car to go home. They have plenty of shade, water, baby pools, etc. to keep the dogs cool in the summer and the staff does an excellent job meeting their needs. She has also stayed for boarding and did very well. Our Newfie has been going to My Second Home for a few years now and we're always happy with the attention and service she receives when she goes to daycare or stays as a guest. Everyone knows her by name and takes care of her special needs. We look forward to going there for many years to come!
We use the doggie daycare every other week for our Labradoodle and she loves it there. As soon we turn on Mission Court she knows it is a playday for her and she gets so excited. I like that the daycare stafff meets us at the car door so the drop off is super quick in the morning. Would totally recommend for a daycare your all dogs!
Very good at grooming our dog and when we have to leave him, we feel that he's well cared for while we're gone.
