Second visit for Lincoln in 60 days. The move from North Carolina to Tennessee has been most stressful, especially when transporting pets. It's great to have found such a high quality facility for our fur baby! Great followup during Lincoln's stay!

Day 2 of daycare was even better. The staff provided a go-pro video that was taken while strapped to my dog, so cool, he had a ball! I am very interested to see if his first boarding experience in two weeks goes as well as daycare has so far!

I love taking my dogs to doggy daycare here. They also love to go and stay a few days. When they see their overnight bags come out, they get really excited, so I can't take them out until it's time leave. All I have to say is " Let's go to My second Home", they race to the door and wait ( not so patiently ) for me to take them to the car. I love this place and highly recommend it.

My three year old Australian Shepard, Bentley has been to daycare at My Second Home a handful of times now. All the staff loves him and I even got to take home a cute photo of him after his first evaluation! He is now so excited in the morning when we get in the car because he knows he's going to play with his friends at My Second Home. I had to leave for a few days last week and I am normally VERY hesitant about leaving my baby overnight somewhere but not since I have found this place. I have used My Second Home twice for my cat in 2014. The first visit was for a couple of days. The second was for ten days. My cat did catch a parasite called Giardia, however, after posting a review, the owner contacted me and provided a FULL refund as well as covering the veterinarian bills. I was pleasantly surprised at the high, satisfactory level of customer service by the owner. He took full responsibility and was very apologetic. This made up for the fact my cat became ill.

After posting a "less than satisfied" review here after 3 grooming visits using Double Take Deals, the owner/mgr, Chris called me. He was sincerely apologetic. His professionalism and generous offer to rectify the issues was admirable. I intend to do business with this company again.

I boarded my kitten here last week while on vacation and couldn't have been happier with the service we received. When I dropped him off I was able to go back and say goodbye and put him in his kennel, which made me feel better about leaving him. At another facility we used in the past, I was not allowed to go back and see the kennel or say goodbye really, so I loved how it was here. When I called to check in on him I got a full overview, including how he was eating and drinking, so no worrying about him over my vacation.... read more

gnarls barkley is a studly doofus, otherwise known as a bully mix. but they love him anyway. when called to ask about boarding, i was afraid to ask if they allowed bully breeds to come to doggy day care and boarding there, and was met with not only a "yes!" but a resounding glee of excitement with tales of one of their favorite dogs being bully breeds and a "staffie" (america staffordshire terrier) (pitt bull) (after his try out day, they said this female staffie took to gnarls immediately and they played and played and p... read more

Nice place with a lot of fancy options. Too expensive. It's very corporate. I use another dog kennel service that's much more affordable and has much more of a personal, mom-and-pop kind of feel. It's what I prefer. I don't have any complaints about how my dog was treated- just didn't seem very personal.
