I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received at NVS! Everyone is so kind and caring. From the front desk (Sabrina) to the Doctors. Never once did they fail to listen! They were excessively thorough and transparent about costs, procedures, outcomes, etc. They actually saved my dogs life from a dodgy vet I had been seeing that told me she had cancer and had one to four months to live. I wish I would have brought my dog here sooner instead of our local vet. They were able to diagnose him within hours - while we had tried to get answers from our local vet for a month. They were caring, attentive, and maintained great communication throughout my dog’s entire stay. We would definitely use them again for any specialist needs in the future.
