We could not have asked for a better experience for our dog. Sasha, Kim and Keely were all wonderful to communicate with, and Dr. Eric Owens, the cardiologist, was extremely knowledgeable, kind and thorough. It was worth every penny for the expertise and level of testing and insight he provided. We drove two hours to see Dr. Owens, and we left with a really good understanding of what was going on, as well as a treatment plan that we could implement at home in coordination with our local veterinarian. NVS doctors saved my poodles life 2.5 years ago. He had to have a stricture removed from his intestine. After surgery he saw Dr. Trizl for all follow up appts. We have had to monitor him and do bloodwork every so often (first it was every 4 weeks, then it was every 3 months and then it went to every 6 months). Everybody has been wonderful and I always get questions answered. He's stable and healthy! I can't thank NVS enough!!

Everyone we met at NVS was very professional, and, at the same time, very caring. Dr. Armstrong took the time to explain exactly what the surgery would entail, and we are looking forward to a full recovery for our hound dog, Ernie.
I was extremely pleased with our visit to Nashville Veterinary Specialists last week. The office and staff are warm and inviting. Dr. Owens was everything I could have hoped for in a veterinary cardiologist. His patience with my questions and ability to answer them at my level of understanding was outstanding. He made me confident in the treatment plan and provided realistic and hopeful in good results.
