RecommendedVery happy with the treatment our Lillie received at NVS. She had to have emergency surgery, and Dr. Armstrong was wonderful. He called before surgery to explain everything that he would be doing, and then called right after surgery to let us know how things went. Afterwards, the attending vet called several times with updates on our girl, and the staff was great when we got to pick her up to come home. Lillie is now at home, healing and comfortable. Thank you to everyone at NVS for saving our sweet girl.

RecommendedChester and I had the best experience! They took very good care of my pup Chester while he was there for testing and the staff and Dr Mallard answered every question had! I honestly felt like Chester was the only patient there. We will be using them again!

They’re kind, patient, and understanding—even when you’re standing at the front desk in tears, someone is right there with a Kleenex and genuine compassion. Sasha, Kim and Keely were all wonderful to communicate with, and Dr. Eric Owens, the cardiologist, was extremely knowledgeable, kind and thorough. RecommendedNVS doctors saved my poodles life 2.5 years ago. He had to have a stricture removed from his intestine. After surgery he saw Dr. Trizl for all follow up appts. We have had to monitor him and do bloodwork every so often (first it was every 4 weeks, then it was every 3 months and then it went to every 6 months). Everybody has been wonderful and I always get questions answered. He's stable and healthy! I can't thank NVS enough!!
