When my daughter’s dog had a medical emergency, we had an idea it was the end. In the middle of the night we came here, unfortunately having to say goodbye. The staff were so caring and compassionate with my daughter. It was so comforting, and the perfect place to have that last moment. I would recommend them over and over and over again. i had to take my beloved cocker spaniel oliver in for emergency help bc he was passing out and urinating blood suddenly and it was on a sunday. the vet who cared for my oliver( i cant remember her name) was so kind and caring and knowledgable. unfortunately my oliver didn't make it we had to say goodbye to him after 12 1/2 years of being a part of out family. the vet was so compassionate from when we had to make the hard decision to olivers last breath, i couldnt have asked for better care and would reccomend this place to a... read more

I have been so impressed with NVS! The care they have and continue to give to my sweet Dixie is second to none. My girl was in the hospital for 9 days and diagnosed with IMHA. The care she received and the communication we received was excellent. I cannot thank the doctors and staff enough for saving my Dixie Girl.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place definitely deserves it. Tonight we are putting down our dog, Halo of 15 years. We had put another one of our dogs down (Shady) in the past and that’s where we met ER Veterinarian Kelly Hineback. We live out of town but chose to go here again just because of how amazing she was with Shady. We were able to hold her in our arms while she took her final breath, instead of a hard and cold table.
