I brought my Boston Terrier, Chloe, in because she was limping and her regular vet could not determine the cause. ER vet recommended neurological exam by Dr. House who then recommended a MRI, which I agreed to. I left Chloe with them so they could work her in. Dr. House calls and said she found a tumor and recommended we see the surgeon, Dr. Roach. When I picked her up she was practically comatose from the anesthesia and it took 3 days before she fully came out of it. Also she was limping when I brought her in but left there... read more

My dog Hambone had a rough October and had 2 major surgeries. The surgeons were great and the Dermatologist there is amazing but the administrator is in the wrong position. Got here at noon. Waited almost 4 hours to see doc. Had to leave our boy for X-rays. Came back after 2 hours and still waiting. It’s not the waiting but that we sit a wait for so long and have to ask when we’ll be seen. Poor communication. It’s a nice facility and a shame I’ll never be back because of the communication problem.
