They told me they would get me out of debt, then when I got it paid down to ****.they started trying to scare me into taking out a loan to pay the rest, saying stuff like you'll get sued. The loan they pressured me into taking had a high intrest rate,in other words they sold me back into debt. I would never use this company again and they probably got a paid from the loan company, why else would they insist I take out this loan.

6 months in and I am receiving summons from credit card companies. Only then did NDR make attempts/made it a priority to settle. I thought all were priority. My credit score was over 600 in Januarynow, barely 450. I owe more than at the start. My payment amount continues to increase.

DON'T DO IT! I signed up and less than 24 hours I decided this was not for me. I've worked too hard to have good credit. This was not for me and so when I went to cancel, I called customer service, they transferred me to another person, and then that person sent me to one more person. This person must have been their "cooler" master manipulator. I saw right through him. I introduced myself for a... read more

I was lied to! I was told that they could stop payments on internet loans that were charging 600% interest. They would take out $238 a month for there sevice. Then, to my surprise, it only deals with old credit card debts and not the loans.

I have a set monthly payment and 3 of my accounts were settled, but they stated they cannot make more settlements due to the money in my account (their savings account where your funds are withdrawn from). They told me I can make extra payments to get out of the program faster and help with settlements, but I told them I cannot afford to pay more. So my other accounts are not being paid or settled and my credit keeps getting worse and they cannot asssure me of anything except "estimates." I feel like the program is hurting m... read more
