If I could leave zero stars I would! They are the worst! DO NOT and I mean DO NOT settle any accounts with them. It is a business and no matter what they say at the end of the day they just want your money. After almost a year and making almost $400 monthly payments on time they have only paid about $700 towards our debt. They have paid themselves for idk what over 4k. They ruined our credit because after 7 months of giving them payments they they decided to begin to consolidate our cards. Now we are close to paying off our ... read more

First time horrible customer service, no explanation just wanted my social. Talked with a manager and then made me fee better. I did more re-search talked to some other credit counseling agencies, liked them but wanted to make sure I was making a good choice before choosing. So I read reviews and the BBB and thought I would give a 2nd chance. Worse experience then before. The gentleman Kyle was super pushy on a program I was not interested in, then he insulted me by asking if I just wanted to keep racking up more debt which ... read more

Started the program in February. Now it is July and I am in a deeper financial hardship than I have ever been. When you first sign up, they are so nice to you and make you feel like they really have your back. Until you try to leave the program-which is funny because in the beginning, they tell you that you can cancel anytime and receive a refund. Yet when I called last week to cancel the program since I cannot make my high monthly payment anymore. They have someone use strong sales tactics to create fear for you and they tr... read more

Their program is not suitable for small business owners. You have to put ALL of the unsecured debt that appears on your credit report into their hands. You can't do that if your social security number is tied to the debts of your business unless you are closing the business. Long story short, I had to make too many exceptions for creditors that serve my business, and they were unable to get a single personal creditor to settle as a result after more than nine months. While this is not their fault, that discussion should have... read more

This company saved me from financial ruin. They kept me informed at every step and when I had difficulty in making payments, they always worked with me in lowering payments or suspend them for awhile. As of last month, I “graduated” from the program and all my credit card balances have been satisfied and I am no longer in debt to my creator cards; 6 credit cards to be exact. They were and are a life savior.

Business response:

Congratulations on all your success, ****! Your dedication to the program and your consistency helped you achieve your goals. and we're happy to have played a part. Best of luck to you in all your future endeavors.

Horrible company! You will ended up paying more than you own originally. They take too much fees. All their negotiations can be done my myself without them. Basically they just waiting for credit cards offers and not negotiating more. They promised me 5 yrs to be done. After 2.5 years they switch me to a loan which they own as well. And that loan charges you very high interest plus fees. So after all I just have to pay now more than when I started with my debt. It's a 100% reep off!!!!!!! Dont use them! Settle on your own.

This business calls me daily even though i have asked repeatedly to stop calling me. They call from numbers in my area code. They wanted 5k to reduce my interest rate, which i was able to do on my own. Predatory. Obnoxious. The FTC should get on their ass
