I have spoken with plenty of reps from Nationwide Energy Partners before and each time they have been amazing. Yesterday, I spoke with a rep by the name of Jessie and she went above and beyond for me and I absolutely appreciate her working with me not just for this situation but for a future plan as well and that really means a lot. I have had such a fantastic experience with Nationwide Energy Partners! I was recently unemployed for more than 6 months and had the pleasure of working with Jessie during the process. She was extremely helpful during this transition time for my family and worked with me every step of the way. She was always very courteous and would go above and beyond to assist me with getting my utility bill paid. I have been required to talk with customer service agents from Nationwide Energy Partners on a few occasions regarding account inquiries and payments. Further, I travel for work and have missed a couple of billing notifications. I want to let everyone know that customer service either promotes or destroys a business. I want to thank everyone at NEP,LLC for the excellent customer service.
