I have had such a fantastic experience with Nationwide Energy Partners! I was recently unemployed for more than 6 months and had the pleasure of working with Jessie during the process. She was extremely helpful during this transition time for my family and worked with me every step of the way. She was always very courteous and would go above and beyond to assist me with getting my utility bill paid. I called frantic about the account on a townhouse I am still leasing but no longer am living in and she was the most pleasant, helpful, friendly and engaging person I've spoken to about any utility issue in my many years of having an account. I have been required to talk with customer service agents from Nationwide Energy Partners on a few occasions regarding account inquiries and payments. Further, I travel for work and have missed a couple of billing notifications. Not only did Jessie handle my questions in a prompt, professional and courteous manner on each occasion but she has gone above and beyond to assist and provide me with solutions. I want to let everyone know that customer service either promotes or destroys a business. I want to thank everyone at NEP,LLC for the excellent customer service. Everyone at the organization from Pam ,Angel, Johnna, Dan, Jessie and Mindy if I am missing anyone please know that you all are included. They don't even deserve one star. They are a scam! Their not even regulated by the PUC. Every month I literally have to add my own bill up because thier billing is never correct mathematically. If they honesty don't have a system that can do simple math how can we honesty trust the usage and vaildity of what we are charged? This mom and pop utility company is a joke from its limited hours to its horrible customer service. Honesty if your community uses Nationwide Energy for electric it's worth not even moving in.

They are not reliable as they send you bill day before due, and....once your paid "late" you will get $10 late payment fee. Not even possible to pay through the bank as payment usually goes with your bank check. Assume they do not have agreement with any banks in USA,
