I have read nothing and heard nothing but bad things about NEP, yet that is all you ever read on reviews about companies anymore. But I never once experienced any negative things about them. I moved into a 2 bedroom townhouse (2 stories with 1,400 square feet) and we were told that our utilities would run about $250 a month for 2 people. We thought that was high but we would deal. Johnna is a awesome worker and she is so helpful and kinda. Everyone at NEP is always so helpfully and kind . Never have had any issues with them working with my family in trying to get my bill paid and making arrangements. This company is awesome .

I have just had one instance of dealing with their resident support team so far and they had exceptional service. I like the fact that I was able to do everything over email, they gave me clear instructions on how to waive the deposit. And once I followed everything, I asked them to verify, and boom they were able to do everything instantly. No calls involved, no confusion, and no hassle! I have just had one bill generated, I do feel that their rates could be a bit higher than what I am used to paying, but that's for later!
