I got my first full month's water and sewer bill from Nationwide Energy Partners (NEP) today for my newly built two bedroom ranch style apartment in ******, Ohio. The water and sewer usage was $9.50 and then they tacked on a Customer Charge of $25.59 (this was not a late fee, deposit, etc) and an NEP Service Fee of $5.00 for a total bill of $40.09. I want to share a positive experience. I am a new customer and my first bill included a security deposit however they were willing to work with me to get it removed when I submitted a letter of credit from my past electric company. The representative Kaydee I worked with was very professional and kind and extremely prompt . Very great experience.

NEP has been my energy service and multiple service provider for over 4 years, I've found the team to be extremely customer service oriented, professional and quick to resolve any billing related questions. Upon signing my lease in 2013, I was surprised that I could not choose an energy partner, but was told NEP was dedicated to our community. I am happy that was the case. I recently moved and was rather confused about my bill. The lady I spoke with went over and above to resolve my issue. She was even able to tell me when I would receive my final bill and if I need to take more steps to close my account. I really enjoyed the service provided by this company. I've never had any issues with this company and if I could take them with to my new location I would.

I have read nothing and heard nothing but bad things about NEP, yet that is all you ever read on reviews about companies anymore. But I never once experienced any negative things about them. I moved into a 2 bedroom townhouse (2 stories with 1,400 square feet) and we were told that our utilities would run about $250 a month for 2 people. We thought that was high but we would deal.
