Excellent tow service thru AAA on a Sunday during a holiday weekend. Driver (Lewis) arrived quickly to a remote area and ensured we were taken care of. Went out of his way to help us out with what should have been a flat tire change, but escalated when the spare tire lock wouldn’t open and most tire shops were closed. Highly recommend Nelson Ford.

From the Advisor, to my Mechanic, to the cleanliness of the waiting area. Everything was great. They were knowledgeable, they explained everything to me, showed me parts, gave me price breakdowns, I have no complaints. They love my car, like I love my car. Excellent customer service !! my daughter had a flat tire 2:30 in the morning. The text message I received fron Nelson stated that help would arrive about 3:40am. because the truck had to come from Collinsville to Rockymount. I thought this was EXCELLENT!! He was on time. And I thank Nelson... the driver for his service.
