Excellent! From making the appointment to come in and getting the work done to leaving. Everyone was so nice and the service was excellent.
I took my Bronco Sport in for a pretty routine repair, and for some recalls. Following the work, we had some pretty unforeseen incidents. It took 2 additional months to get everything right, but Nelson Ford did all they could possibly do to ensure everything was done to correct the matter. I was pleased with the results. Danny Hutchinson, the general manager, was key to ensuring a positive outcome.
I just purchased a gently used Ford Explorer last week and I absolutely love it. My agent, Charles Cary, was amazing. He made sure that I got the best deal possible. I did not feel pressured at any time and he was attentive to what I had to say. Through the years, I have purchased (6) cars from Nelson Ford and I have been pleased with all of my purchases.
