This was a recent Ford recall to check the brake lining. The work required me to leave my car with the service department for a few hours. The shuttle service was very accommodating by giving me a ride back to my residence. When the work was complete I received a notification that my car had been driven back to my home. This was very much appreciated. My Ford Edge seems to be running smoothly and no problem with the brakes. Thanks very much to Nelson Ford service department technicians and associates.
