It was fine. I always am concerned abouptice of oil change and I paid for one in my package when care was purchased. However, I didn't use it when I should and couldn't get that so O had to pay for it.

The Nelson Kia service has always been great time and again. Always professional and proud of their work. This particular visit one of the technicians (Will) walked me out to our car to explain in detail what the problem was and how he fixed it. All around great team.
