I have been very pleased with Nelson. They helped me and were very informative and patient with me while purchasing my car. I received follow up and reminder calls regarding the car. The service department did not only what was expected of them but went out of their way to do something extra that I ask of them. Thank you all!! Was left in Waiting room for 2 1/2 hrs for oil change, tire rotation and inspection. The windshield wiper issue wasn’t addressed. However; your service lady was very polite and helpful. ( I think the team went to lunch.). The service lady found someone to get my car and bring it around..
