I have been very pleased with Nelson. They helped me and were very informative and patient with me while purchasing my car. I received follow up and reminder calls regarding the car. Was left in Waiting room for 2 1/2 hrs for oil change, tire rotation and inspection. The windshield wiper issue wasn’t addressed. However; your service lady was very polite and helpful. ( I think the team went to lunch.). The service lady found someone to get my car and bring it around..
