Ypu did great. I wasn't sure who to called had never used triple A and had it for years. I called Marion she was so sweet, she told me if I had them call and if they didn't make it up to call her back . The Nelson tow truck came from triple a got me cranked I went on down to Nelson's and they checked and it was my battery .few hours I was back home

This was my first time getting my vehicle serviced here. Everyone I interacted with from the person I spoke with on the phone to the person who greeted me when I arrived, as well as 2 of the salespeople I spoke with, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was told ahead of time exactly what they would be doing and the price of each service. I was also offered what turned out to be a free car wash after the service was completed. I will definitely be going to Nelson Subaru for all my service needs from now on.

I have been very pleased with Nelson. They helped me and were very informative and patient with me while purchasing my car. I received follow up and reminder calls regarding the car. The service department did not only what was expected of them but went out of their way to do something extra that I ask of them. Thank you all!!
