An agent called me over the phone and offered to replace my system for free and the rates they gave me were so much better than what clover was giving me. Its been a smooth experience.
Ive had no problems with NAB and enjoyed my time with them. Pricing structure is straight forward and clear.
****************. Made a sale, which seemed a little too good to be true. Called the *** and they said everything was good and the transaction was successful and nothing seemed off. A month later they pull $2,700 from my bank. I call and they say there was a charge back. Trying to dispute, and no one provides real answers, and they keep lying and twisting everything up. ZERO STARS Incompetent, dishonest!!! Do not do business with this company.Our company closed our account with them. In order to close the account, we had to verify the account owner's information. The person who set up the account is a former office manager who hasn't worked for the company for at least 14 years. I would not recommend this company. There are excessive hidden fees charged every month and over time I have paid over thousands of dollars extra more than what was originally represented. My account was not cancelled when I requested so they charged me my annual and monthly fee and denied my refund because they failed to cancel my account. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ****
I strongly caution any small business owner from using Merchant Awareness / National Bankcard / North (formerly North American Bancard) for credit card processing.They withheld my credit card sales revenue for over 45 days in violation of a contract promising next-day deposits and never notified me.
