An agent called me over the phone and offered to replace my system for free and the rates they gave me were so much better than what clover was giving me. Its been a smooth experience.
Ive had no problems with NAB and enjoyed my time with them. Pricing structure is straight forward and clear.
I, too, wish I could leave a zero star rating. My "representative" from ****** was worthless. He didn't get all of my information when I set up my account, so I didn't get paid for 3 weeks, which was a serious hardship for my very small, seasonal business. I kept getting charged, and money automatically taken out of my account for months after I requested my account be closed. No one at ****** would take my calls or answer my questions through email. Wish I could give a 0 star rating. During the closing my business in March of 2025, I began trying to contact both Sekure and North American Bancard to cancel my services. My calls were bounced around and no one was willing to assist me both saying i had to speak with the other. It took 8 months of hounding both to get my account cancelled with additional monthly fees of over $1,500 charged during that time. I had service with the company for a few years and am posting this just as a warning for any prospective customers. They have a sales person by the name *. **** (even after my terrible experience, I don't feel the need to tear him down)But he operates outside of recorded systems of email or phone to talk to customers in whatever way that he would like. This company is the absolute worst, total fraudsters. Their rates are misleading, and they hit you with bogus, hidden fees. Also, after I canceled my account with them, I received an email stating that unless I returned their outdated credit card processing terminal within 10 days and in "good working condition", I would be billed $1790. !!!! What absolute crooks. Stay far away from this compant.
