An agent called me over the phone and offered to replace my system for free and the rates they gave me were so much better than what clover was giving me. Its been a smooth experience.

I strongly caution any small business owner from using Merchant Awareness / National Bankcard / North (formerly North American Bancard) for credit card processing.They withheld my credit card sales revenue for over 45 days in violation of a contract promising next-day deposits and never notified me. I only discovered the issue after reviewing my bank statement. No alerts, no emails, no messages in the processor portal, and even during a sales call from their team, no one mentioned my account was flagged.When I contacted cust... read more

This is the most dishonest company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.I was misled by the representative who said I would have no processing fee or monthly fees for a trial period of 30 days. They have been charging us $36.49/month. When we noticed illegal charges, I contacted my representative. It was over a few months ago and the issue was not corrected. I was told they would issue a refund, but it never happened. Been trying to resolve an issue for 3 months. I've emailed multiple people and rarely get a response and when I do, it's to let me know someone else is dealing with it. You're on your own with these people

Wow. I have the same bad review as everybody else. No surprise. A bad smell is gonna create tbe same reaction from everyone. 1) Paymentshub aka North Bancard is a corrupt and deceptive. Their sales rep lied to me and said they charge 1.5% plus 30 cents per transaction. After I signed up with thek and checked my bank statements, they ended up charging me 11% ELEVEN PERCENT for credit card transaction fees!!
