Kevin was phenomenal! He went above and beyond for customer service and I’m beyond appreciative! He was gracious, professional and very friendly. However, the other gentleman who was going to provide me with a trade in value would not send the “report” as it seems they are required to speak to the customer. I was way too busy at work to discuss and never received the trade in value for my truck. That was quite disappointing.
