Frank has great customer service. Working with him is much better than my experiences at other dealerships. He does his best to get me in and out quickly and seeks to make it right if it takes longer than it should. He is always takes time to explain any repairs that are needed. I hope Frank will continue to oversee my repairs in the future.
The person who attended me by the name Josh was extremely helpful and nice. Although it was supposed to be a quick service, for example, only tire rotation, it took 3 hours. I brought it to Josh attention when I was there for 2 1/2 hours, he quickly went to go check on it and finally gave me a update. Other than the wait I have no complaints.
It was fast this time around, I was glad, it only took one hour and about 15 minutes.
