Josh helped me keep track of when I'd be due for my next service, let me know of additional services he recommended, but never pressured me. He was super easy to schedule an appointment with, and really easy and convenient to keep in contact with while my car was being serviced. Payment and car pickup was quick and easy. I live closer to other Toyota dealerships, but make the drive to work with Josh because he's made each and every appointment painless.

The service was great no complaints in that area, however the chairs and benches in the waiting area are very very uncomfortable.

Top notch. Service advisors go above and beyond. John Clayton is proof of that. I had a big ticket service which I was not able to afford. Something minor but it was costly.

Nick Wood was a rockstar salesman! Highly recommend him when looking for your next vehicle. We were out of state buyers, and Nick answered every question we had (and there were tons) and sent photos when we needed them to ease my our minds. He helped to get us a great deal, so much that it was worth flying into Texas and driving it back home. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of which was a huge plus when I was shopping for a Vehicle. I will definitely shop at North Park Toyota again if needed in the future.
