Didn’t have to wait long. Only issue was the extremely loud music. Left with a headache.

I was pleasantly greeted and he asked me what he could do for me. I explained and also mentioned the email from your dealership for express service. He assured me that he would take care of it and he did! I have never received such good fast service since a service rep you used to have by the name of Martin forgot his last name worked there. I will definitely continue to have my car serviced there.

I went to service my car and I was assisted by Nate in service he was very helpful and informative and he kept me updated about my vehicle. While I waited for my car to be serviced I was greeted by Miriam Zumiga who advised me with the possibility of trading in my vehicle. She was full of positive energy and she assisted giving the information about pricing and I test drove two vehicles. I felt comfortable as I didn't feel pressured nor haggled about my choice to keep my current vehicle.
