We had to wait a painfully long time for this service call: August 19 - October 3. More than 6 weeks. Very difficult for a person dependent upon a wheelchair. Why is a doctor’s approval required for a wheelchair REPAIR? Why does NuMotion not stock all the parts needed for repairs? Why is there such a long wait to get parts from Permobil?
