We had to wait a painfully long time for this service call: August 19 - October 3. More than 6 weeks. Very difficult for a person dependent upon a wheelchair. Why is a doctor’s approval required for a wheelchair REPAIR? Why does NuMotion not stock all the parts needed for repairs? Why is there such a long wait to get parts from Permobil? Rich was very helpful with measuring & making suggestions based on my size and particular needs. He also informed us of a local Numotion branch close to our home within 45 min, as we do not live in the Chicago area

Ricky, the technician, was friendly. was extremely qualified. It was easy to see he knew what he was doing..I never saw the detail you have to go threw. to replace a bent wire. What matters also Ricky was on time. This was a home visit. I think the home visit worked out extremely well.
