The representative, Rich, was so helpful and he explained all the features and fitting specifications in an easy to understand way. My hope is that I get the chair as soon as possible because I have ALS and my symptoms are progressing rapidly! I look forward to getting the chair so I can be more mobile in my condition! Thanks!

I feel more even on my chair I have scoliosis. He stuck some rubber, thin rubber to even me out. It’s working my left side still a little tight hugging me, but I have to have a test CAT scan to see why my stomach is protruding and we can go from there, otherwise, they were very thorough

The staff who came is very professional and he made sure that my mother is able to get the motorized wheelchair that she needs. I forgot his name but he's excellent plus the lady Physical therapist who did assessment over video call. Thanks to both of them.
