We been with Numotion for 9 years and we mostly know all the technicians from Numotion. Everytime we scheduled appointments to do service at home technicians goes inside the home and does whatever work my son wheelchairs needs at the moment. Technician DIllion made us feel very uncomfortable he didn’t wanted to fix my son chair inside the home and decided to take it outside by the street changing the parts for his wheelchair. Dillion didn’t even park in the from of our home he parked 4-5 houses away which it seems very odd.... read more

It took 8 weeks from my initial phone call requesting the repair to an electric wheelchair for you to get a service man to our door. Your office people know how to talk with empathy but their actions, or lack of, show no empathy whatsoever! They do not know how to prioritize repairs and do the necessary follow up in order to get the repairs done in a timely manner. you have the worst customer service of any companies I deal with. First you have to deal with a call center out of the USA where the agents don't always speak great English. Then you get the grand inquisition - they have my name and birthday -they dont have to ask me a whole series of other questions - Ive been dealing with Numotion for over 25 yrs. I just wanted to order a part for my wheelchair - I had the part number. They had to send it to insurance...I wanted to pay for it myself.This took over a month and a half! Then... read more

I was supposed to have a wheelchair evaluation and the guy canceled on me 2 hours before he was supposed to show up at my house. I got my current wheelchair about 6 years ago and it didn’t come with brakes. Who orders a wheelchair without brakes?
